Stacey Kargman, N.M.D., L.Ac.
Stacey Kargman, N.M.D, L.Ac., is a Board-certified Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and Diplomate of
Acupuncture. She is licensed by the Naturopathic
Board of Medical Examiners and the Maryland Board of
Acupuncture. After graduating from Hampshire
College, with a B.A. in psychology and women's studies, she received her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and
Master's in TCM Acupuncture degrees from Southwest
College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona
in 1996 and 1997, respectively. She is a member of the
American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and
the President of the Maryland Association of
Naturopathic Physicians.
Dr. Kargman was in private practice in Tucson,
Arizona from 1997-2000, then she moved back to the
east coast and began her practice in Baltimore. In
April 2001, she took over the Maryland Natural
Health Center in Owings Mills, MD and began working at
Acupuncture Associates of Annapolis.
Aside from her private practice in Tucson, Dr.
Kargman worked with the Southern Arizona AIDS
Foundation as their Complementary Medicine
Physician,working with patients and their primary-care
physicians in helping patients improve their health
and quality of life while being HIV+. As well, she
also worked with the Tucson Rape Crisis Center as a
Forensic Examiner providing exams and support for
people after they had been raped or sexually
assaulted.
In her current practice, Dr. Kargman treats a wide
variety of clients of all ages for both acute and
chronic conditions. Her primary modalities include
acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutritional and
lifestyle counseling, homeopathy, and craniosacral
therapy. Her specialties include women's health,
hormonal balancing, gastrointestinal disorders,
allergy testing and elimination, endocrine
imbalances, chronic migranies and mood disorders such as chronic anxiety, depression and panic attacks.
Dr. Kargman enjoys working in collaboration with
other healthcare providers in order to provide the
best and most comprehensive care for her patients.
Currently, Dr. Kargman sees patients at her office,
The Maryland Natural Health Center (Owings Mills) as well as at Mid-Atlantic Headache Institute with a group of
pratitioners treating people who suffer from chronic
heaches and migraines.
In addition to her practice, Dr. Kargman is a faculty
member at the Baltimore School of Massage where she
teaches advanced Anatomy and Physiology.

Rupal Dave has studied complementary healthcare for more than 10 years. She is a fully insurance re-imbursable licensed physical therapist and an extremely highly skilled professional. She specializes in restoring the body’s natural balance using gentle non-intrusive, low velocity techniques such as CranioSacral and Somato Emotional Release Therapies. Her postgraduate training has included above courses as well as Zero Balancing & Myofascial Release Techniques at the major training center in the world for this type of work, The Upledger Institute in Palm Beach Florida. Prior to that she was working in an outpatient clinic to develop pain management and industrial rehabilitation program. When pain management through traditional approach did not provide all solutions to healing, she was inspired to look for ways to heal from core of the cause and not just symptoms. Her Therapies are customs tailored to address the needs of each individual she treats, be it an adult, a child or an infant.
These forms of Therapy are especially useful for the treatment of chronic neck, and back pain, chronic headaches, post traumatic disorders, especially whiplash post auto accidents.
